NDC Infrared Engineering (Irwindale, CA), the world’s leading manufacturer of web gauging equipment for the plastics, rubber, nonwoven and extrusion coated businesses, has acquired the IRM Group (Alleur, Belgium), a leading manufacturer of high-technology measuring systems for the metals industries.
