Andritz to showcase nonwovens technology at Techtextil Russia

International technology group Andritz is to present its latest innovations in nonwovens technology at Techtextil Russia.
The Andritz group comprises of Andritz Küsters, Andritz Perfojet and the recently acquired Andritz Asselin-Thibeau, and will showcase its product portfolio that ranges from web forming and bonding to finishing at the event.
With the machine design Jetlace, Andritz Perfojet said it meets the high requirements of technical nonwoven producers. Its Jetlace Evolution, is designed for the production of durables, such as automotive and filtration substrates and is equipped with a pre-wetting conveyor in order to control web compacting, while maintaining the nonwovens quality and saving energy.
Andritz Küsters is introducing an innovative roll system, adapting the Andritz paper finishing technology to the requirements for technical textiles. With the Xpro Roll, the well known S-Roll and HyCon Roll family is complemented by another highly flexible deflection-controlled roll system, according to the Group.
Additionally, Andritz Asselin-Thibeau will be displaying an ACS system, which is the company’s latest product  in cross lapping technology, capable of handling bulky card webs when feeding a cross lapper.
The company said that at the Techtextil Russia show the focus will also be on the benefits of using the ProDyn technology, a feature guaranteeing uniformity on the web. Combined with the needle loom series A50, this solution provides a clear competitive edge for end users.
Techtextil Russia will be held at the Expocentre Krasnaya Presnya Fairgrounds in Moscow, Russia, from March 12-14.
